The developer had done detailed configuration but was not sure whether there was room to grow revenue.

Ad ready rate was low: ad loading time was too long in certain countries. When user arrived at the ad scene, the ad was not ready yet.
Solutions
1. Group T3 countries and adjust waterfall to shorten ad return time to improve ad ready rate.
2. Bring in new ad sources to enrich waterfall to improve eCPM.
